Unable to find or connect to the printer?

1.Ensure that Bluetooth and location permissions are enabled on your phone.
2.Make sure the printer is not connected to another phone or app.
3.Try restarting both the printer and the app, then attempt to reconnect.
4.If the issue persists, please contact customer support.

Print content is unclear?

1.Ensure the print head is clean. When the device is turned off, use an alcohol swab or cleaning pen to wipe the print head.
2.Confirm that the printer cover is properly closed.
3.Increase the print density in the printer settings.
4.Use high-quality thermal paper for better print results.

The PDF watermark is too dark, blocking the document content?

1.In the PDF editing page, select "Dither" under the "Filter" option. You can preview the watermark effect in the preview area.

Can I print in color?

1.We apologize, but color printing is not supported at the moment. The current thermal printing technology only supports monochrome printing, and you will need to use the appropriate monochrome thermal paper.

How to Resolve Blank Printing Issues?

1.Ensure Proper Paper Loading: Check if the paper is loaded correctly according to the printer’s instructions. Make sure it is not installed backward.

How to resolve the red light flashing on the printer?

1.Ensure the paper tray cover is properly closed. 2.Try reloading the paper. Place the paper (for label paper, make sure to use at least three sheets) and close the cover. Press and hold the feed button until you hear a beep, then release it. Wait for the printer to recognize the paper before trying to print again. 3.Check the printer settings. Ensure the paper type setting matches the actual paper you are using. 4.For certain special papers, the printer may not recognize them. Please contact customer support for more information.
